The Client:
A leading Australian property development company developing sustainable residential, commercial, industrial & retail precincts in and around Melbourne.

The Role:
Personal Assistant/Team Assistant
  • Varying administration tasks 
  • Arrange and manage calendars
  • Attend meetings and produce minutes
  • Screen telephone calls and provide appropriate responses on behalf of the management team
  • Assist with the preparation of reports
Office Coordinator:
  • General office management
  • Arrange catering for internal and external events
  • Complete inventory and manage orders
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate charity events 
Reception:
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Receive and direct calls
  • Maintain front office reception
You:
  • Previously worked in the property (development/project)
  • Experience in an Office Coordinator or similar role
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
