Office Administrator

Denovo are pleased to be working exclusively with a mid-tier accounting firm who are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their North Sydney team on a full time, permanent basis. If you are looking for a varied role were no 2 days are the same along with an opportunity to expand your existing skill set, this could be the perfect role for you

About the Role –
  • Reception duties - answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting all visitors and organising visitor passes
  • Managing meeting rooms – ensure they are kept tidy and keeping the meeting room diary up to date
  • Producing monthly newsletters for the office, updating the intranet/managing social media
  • Diary management for Senior members of staff, organising travel and accommodation
  • Organising catering for internal meetings, organising team building events and team nights out
  • Providing administration support to the team on various projects, including processing expenses
  • General office management – stationary orders, liaising with building management
About You –
  • Excellent eye for detail, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
  • Proactive and approachable, able to liaise with individuals of all levels, including Senior Executives
  • Thrive on working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Intermediate MS office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong communicator with first class organisational skills
  • Degree educated, looking to build your experience in the corporate world.
