Denovo Recruitment are currently representing a reputable Freight Forwarder / Transport business based in South Western Sydney who are seeking a Administrator to join their growing team.
As an Administrator, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment leading a hardworking and dedicated team. To be successful within this role you will demonstrate the ability to provide high quality support to senior leaders, hold high integrity, be proactive by nature and hold excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of Administration processes and have prior experience in administration and supporting internal stakeholders. This position is a high functioning role and requires someone to be proactive and hold a high level of standards in their administration processes

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support in areas of administration, reception, data entry, coordination, customer service and all other business support requirements.
  • Provide high level support to the managing directors and senior leaders in the business
  • Calendar Management including coordinator board meetings, board papers, minute taking and following up on emails and actions.
  • Collecting information for presentations and developing material
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide all other administrative support to the business.
To be Successful   

  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, data entry or business support positions.
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and organisational skills
  • Must have prior experience in a similar role however can come from a different industry.
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree or similar
  • High computer literacy and compliance capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast paced high functioning environment.
  • Prior experience utilising internal systems, scheduling systems, travel management, minute taking,  data base management
