New Homes Sales Consultant - Geelong - Reputable Estate agency
My client is currently looking for a New Homes Sales consultant to work from one of their stunning new display villages. The beautiful display village, based in Torquay just south of Geelong, is a self-sell as the custom luxury homes are high-end and are highly sort after.
My client is looking for someone with a sales associate/sales hostess background who is wanting to take the next step in their Estate agency career. My client focuses on low volume & high-quality builds so is looking for someone who really knows how to sell and can focus on the client experience as referrals from completed works will be key.
It is important that candidates are aware the working week for this role is Saturday to Wednesday as this is the time where most site visits will be taking place.
The role will be paying between 40-50K + Commission (100K+ per annum)
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience in tailoring packages to client's budgets/requirements
- Have local knowledge and understanding of land estates in this area
- Knowledge of estate covenant and setback requirements
- A strong sales track record
- Exceptional negotiation skills
