The Company:

Our National Client is an established brand in the Australia Waste management market and boast extreme growth over the last year with a 34% increase in profits. The business focuses on small to medium size businesses across Australia, with a goal to bring on multi-site accounts. Their main focus is within the Logistics, Manufacturing and Aged care sectors.

What you will be doing:

Due to substantial growth over the last year they are seeking a National Business Development Manager to join their team and take responsibility for a personal sales budget as well as a small team of BDM’s.
Your role will be split between management, strategy implementation as well as achieving personal sales targets. You will report directly into the CEO.
Experience Required:

5+ years’ experience within a Senior Sales position in the Waste sector
Complete understanding of the Waste Management space
Experience presenting to high value clients
Previous management experience in sector
Proven sales track record
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
Well-presented and strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
