The Company
As a national leader in electronics products, this highly successful wholesaler is recruiting many roles across the business with multiple vacancies as part of a significant phase of growth, and are currently building a new technology centre that will elevate their market to a whole new level.
The Role
As their National Account Director, and reporting to the General Manager, you will be at the helm of the whole Account Management function across ANZ:
- Overseeing all client relationships across a portfolio of high-profile resellers, OEMs and retailers
- Coach, lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers, with full revenue responsibility
- Identifying potential new clients and formulating best strategies for prospecting
- Discussing client requirements and advising on the best electronic products to satisfy needs and further enhance commercial relationships
- Negotiate and close sales, retain large clients and respond to special requests and site visits
- Collaborating with the General Manager and Buying team for the expansion of new innovative product ranges
The Ideal Person
FULL WORKING RIGHTS, NO WORKING HOLIDAY VISAS
- Senior sales experience with electronic and electrical products
- Experience managing teams and driving sales performance
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term B2B relationships
- Excellent verbal communication, positive attitude and well presented
- Tenacious mentality, friendly and resilient personality with a drive to succeed and climb the ladder
