Role
A rare opportunity is now available to join their QLD Commercial Insurance Team as a Senior Estimator Assessor in a permanent capacity.
- Assessing insurance building repair works $250K-$12M
- Coordinate site meetings with trades to develop pricing & scope
- Create & submit detailed reports to Insurers on extent of damage
- Develop competitive & profitable tenders to win works
- Strategic review wins & losses with snr management
- Strengthening relationships with Insurers, Loss Adjusters & other stakeholders
Our client is open to one of the following 2 profiles
- Experienced Estimator either from residential, commercial or insurance
- Trade background ie carpentry, building, electrical wanting to move into estimating
- Great communication, client service skills & willingness to grow
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Good organisation & decent computer/technology usage
