Job Description

The group is renowned for its depth of knowledge and expertise in all facets of litigation. Their breadth of knowledge allows the team to effectively assist with disputes exploring alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation or arbitration, whilst having the skills to litigate in court where appropriate. The team also have expertise in dealing with both sensitive and cross-cultural considerations when dealing with international matters.

The Commercial Litigation team handles matters relating to:

The role

Despite being a smaller firm, the team attract high calibre and complex matters, which you will gain exposure to. Opportunities for professional development in specialisms such as mediation and arbitration would be available in the future. This would suit an individual who would prefer to be recognised in a slightly smaller setting, without sacrificing quality of work, as opposed to working in a large corporate firm where there is more red tape and hierarchal implications.

Skills and experience
This is a varied role, demanding a qualified person with:

  • At least 2 years PAE
  • Litigation experience, with exposure to a range of matters, ideally some high end and international cases
  • Strong academic results
  • A self-motivated and hard-working attitude
  • Ability to work with clients effectively and communicate in a professional and technically sound manner

  • Ability to identify cross referral opportunities for the wider firm
  • Excellent team skills
