  • $60k + super (12 month contract, may go perm)

What You Will Do

Working within a highly experienced technical team, you will have full responsibility for Level 1 Tech Support to internal staff across Australia.
The role in a nutshell:
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and responding to queries from internal staff through logged service requests
  • Providing Level 1 technical assistance for both Mac and Windows - e.g. browser configurations and software installation
  • Basic problem-solving for network LAN and server issues
  • Assisting with telephone equipment and audio/video products
  • Creating self-help documents for recurring issues
  • Help to train users on particular software applications
What Do They Need
  • ESSENTIAL: Level 1 IT / Tech Support experience for both Windows and Mac, including networking
  • ESSENTIAL: Experience with LANDesk and CASPER
  • Experience with a broad range of applications e.g. BlueJeans, VPN Software, MS Office, and Encryption
  • Ability to break down technical information to non-technical people
  • A thirst for a challenge within a highly collaborative environment
