- $60k + super (12 month contract, may go perm)
What You Will Do
Working within a highly experienced technical team, you will have full responsibility for Level 1 Tech Support to internal staff across Australia.
The role in a nutshell:
- Troubleshooting technical issues and responding to queries from internal staff through logged service requests
- Providing Level 1 technical assistance for both Mac and Windows - e.g. browser configurations and software installation
- Basic problem-solving for network LAN and server issues
- Assisting with telephone equipment and audio/video products
- Creating self-help documents for recurring issues
- Help to train users on particular software applications
What Do They Need
- ESSENTIAL: Level 1 IT / Tech Support experience for both Windows and Mac, including networking
- ESSENTIAL: Experience with LANDesk and CASPER
- Experience with a broad range of applications e.g. BlueJeans, VPN Software, MS Office, and Encryption
- Ability to break down technical information to non-technical people
- A thirst for a challenge within a highly collaborative environment
