Key Account Manager

This national Events Design company are market leaders across Australia, with over 100 years in the business of providing high-end clients with Event Design and besoke lighting solutions for large commercial areas. Joining a small team of 6 in their NSW office, your role as a Key Account Manager will help one particular high-profile client bring their concepts to life with an end-to-end responsibility.

The Role

A typical day will involve:

  • Acting as the face of the business to a large commercial client
  • Consulting on client requirements, briefs, and concepts
  • Knitting together internal teams, working alongside creatives and Project Managers to bring concepts to life
  • Scoping out new venues for measurements and technical info
  • Assist installation, audits and dismantle processes
  • Ensure all documentation is issued and received correctly, and all supporting admin carried out
  • Following up for customer feedback and invoicing

The Ideal Person

  • Previous client-facing Account Management experience is a must
  • A background in the Events industry / "bump in bump out" would be a bonus
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • A creative flair with a technical understanding
