The Role
Through a combination of internal promotions and company growth, they are looking for charismatic Inside Sales Executives to help drive and maintain their position as a market leader. After full product and sales training, typical duties will involve:
- B2B networking with customers through inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling)
- Educating and advising on products with a consultative approach
- Recommending tailored solutions in accordance with customer needs and budgets
- Work with BDMs to create proposals and presentations for clients
- Cross-selling and up-selling new products and services to existing clients
- Participating in ongoing training and development, with extensive opportunities for progression and promotion
- Achieving realistic KPIs with a view to earning great commission
- Uncapped commission
- Table Tennis in the office
- Ongoing training and opportunities for promotion within Sales or other departments
- Some professional sales experience required
- Excellent verbal communication
- High-energy, friendly personality with an enthusiastic approach
