The Role

Through a combination of internal promotions and company growth, they are looking for charismatic Inside Sales Executives to help drive and maintain their position as a market leader. After full product and sales training, typical duties will involve:

  • B2B networking with customers through inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Educating and advising on products with a consultative approach
  • Recommending tailored solutions in accordance with customer needs and budgets
  • Work with BDMs to create proposals and presentations for clients
  • Cross-selling and up-selling new products and services to existing clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development, with extensive opportunities for progression and promotion
  • Achieving realistic KPIs with a view to earning great commission

The Ideal Person
  • An understanding of either the construction or professional services industry (IMPORTANT)
  • Attitude is everything! No sales experience required (but highly preferred)
