With an established client base, and the needs already there – Your role will be to set up the processes and build a division that can satisfy the requirements of the clients. This will include providing advice, implementing policies and procedures and managing recruitment needs as a starter. Your experience and advice will decide the direction of the division.
We are looking for an experienced HR Consulting professional who is looking for a business with an existing client base and structure in place to build an HR Consulting division. You will be a career HR professional with experience working across SME and corporate businesses, implementing front to back HR policies and procedures.
