Housing Site Manager - Sydney North-West Suburbs - Boutique Housing Developer

Denovo Recruitment are currently working with a Boutique Residential developer who are looking for a talented Housing Site manager to manage projects of up to $3M, based out of Sydney's NW Suburbs.

  • Family owned business with 35 years' experience of building and designing bespoke homes

This role would be ideal for anyone wanting to step away from a T1 developer or someone who has had experience in developing bespoke homes within another custom builder.
The salary for this role will be between 75-100K depending on experience

Duties of the role:

  • Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
  • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
  • Day to day management of suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
  • Manage & Co-ordinate trades and establish a reliable trade base
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Build strong and continual working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage external traders and suppliers

Successful candidates will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in managing Residential sites
  • Local experience managing housing projects
  • Trade background
  • A complete understanding of WHSE regulations and QA systems
  • Solid project management skills, including experience in managing a trade network
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Longevity shown in previous roles
