About the Role:
Your day to day duties will include contact warm customers by phone to provide lending advice at various stages of their process. Working with Australia's best online home loan platform, your key responsibilities will include -
- Having to understand customer needs to help them achieve their financial goals
- Managing a pipeline or warm, inbound leads and taking the customer from initial application all the way through to settlement
- Provide exceptional customer service
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year's previous sales experience in the financial services sector preferably with end to end lending experience
- Experienced working in a call centre environment.
- Hunger to exceed sales KPI's and earn amazing commission
- Be a team player!
