This National Events Services company are one of the most successful and well-established one-stop-shops for lighting, rigging, and audio / visual solutions for events and conferences across Australia. With an expanding Sydney and Melbourne team, they currently have a brand new opportunity for a Productions Coordinator to assist all event setup and client interactions.

The Role

This pivotal role within the Productions team (the technical arm) will involve:

  • Helping to preparing quotes, bookings, tenders and technical specifications
  • Preparing operational schedules
  • Carrying out site inspections with clients
  • Managing and growing relationships with key clients
  • Social media management
  • Supporting admin

The Ideal Person

  • A background in Events / technical roles (WOULD BE A BONUS)
  • A background in lighting, rigging or audio / visual products (ALSO A BONUS)
  • A passion for innovation and new technology
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, sociable environment
  • MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
