About the Role:

The Fleet Allocator is a key position within the business which is responsible for operational efficiency of drivers across the business. Customer service and safety are two strong components of the role which make this opportunity whilst ensuring the fleet is utilised to its best efficiency. The role is a permanent Monday - Friday role with the occasional weekend day requested to be worked throughout the peak periods of the year. The afternoon hours are permanent for a 4pm start and finishing at 12am.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Resilient, tenacious and motivated
  • Customer service orientated and strong time management skills
  • In-depth understanding of the Transport / Courier industry
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an Allocator, Fleet Controller or Fleet Coordinator role
  • Understanding of the Brisbane metro area
  • Experience in using FMS is highly desired
  • Ability to carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instruction
