Job Description
As the Finance Manager for Denovo Recruitment you will take ownership of the company’s accounting division.
This position will be based out of the company’s Surry Hills office part-time and work remotely part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial reconciliation & reporting
- Financial analysis and commentary of financial results and trends
- Budget and cashflow forecasts
- Cashflow monitoring
- Developing strategies to minimise financial risk
- Reporting to management to provide advice on how the company and future business decisions may be impacted
- Prepare and present weekly financial reports to senior management
- Payroll
- Statutory reporting
- Invoice finance
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Process improvement and efficiencies
- Liaising with external Accounting Firm
- CPA qualification
- Bachelor of Business, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Previous experience working for a Recruitment Agency (highly regarded)
- Attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills
