About the Role –
- Extensive diary and email management
- Booking complex travel and accommodation across different time zones
- Acting as gatekeeper
- Organising and attending client lunches and events
- Producing monthly board papers
- Overseeing personal assets and other ventures
- Organising and attending meetings, internal and external
- Experience of supporting at C-Suite level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working under pressure
- Able to build excellent working relationships with individuals of all levels
- A natural organiser, with excellent communication skills
