About the Role -
- Extensive diary and email management
- Acting as the 'go to ' person
- On boarding new starters
- Booking complex travel and accommodation across different time zones
- Organising team building events, team and company nights out
- Acting as gatekeeper
- Managing Reception and administration team
- Organising and attending client lunches and events
- Producing monthly board paper
- Organising and attending meetings, internal and external
- Liaise with building management
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working under pressure
- Able to build excellent working relationships with individuals of all levels
- A natural organiser with excellent communication skills
- Flexible working hours with the opportunity to work from home
- Early finishes on a Friday
