Job Description

Our client, a leading Property firm are seeking an EA to support their Management team and oversea the smooth day to day running of the office as a whole. This role is perfect for an áll-rounder' who thrives in an ever-changing environment.

About the Role - 
  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Acting as the 'go to ' person 
  • On boarding new starters
  • Booking complex travel and accommodation across different time zones
  • Organising team building events, team and company nights out
  • Acting as gatekeeper
  • Managing Reception and administration team
  • Organising and attending client lunches and events
  • Producing monthly board paper
  • Organising and attending meetings, internal and external
  • Liaise with building management 
About You –
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working under pressure
  • Able to build excellent working relationships with individuals of all levels
  • A natural organiser with excellent communication skills
