The Role

Reporting to Director of Sales, this role's main functions will be BD and sales planning and implementation.

  • Develop rolling business development and sales plan
  • Preparation and management of BD and sales budgets
  • BD execution
  • Development and implementation of annual sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain monthly sales and production reporting
  • Co-ordinate heavily with production around labelling, packing and distribution
  • Oversee customer queries
  • Customer relations maintenance
  • Communicate and align with internal marketing team to acquire marketing support

The Candidate

  • Ideally 2-3 years-experienced Business Development Executive/ Manager in FMCG or similar industry with Proven achievement record
  • Fluent in English AND Mandarin
  • A "can-do" person in developing and managing local distributors and retailers, such as department stores, pharmacies, duty free stores for FMCG products the company represented
  • Fully capable to liaise with internal teams and local channels for managing over 200 SKU's
