Customer Success Manager
This global SAAS business have been growing their brand around the world, and have been recognised as one of the fastest growing tech companies of the past few years. Providing a highly efficient SAAS solution to the Accounting industry, they have a fantastic global team who all contribute to an excellent working environment in top of the range offices, and have huge plans over the next 18 months.
Working in conjunction with the Business Development Managers, you will be a true relationship-builder for new clients - ensuring they are successfully onboarded and educated, new products are implemented successfully, and that partnerships continue way into the future.
The role in a nutshell:
- Ensuring that new partners are onboarded to the platform successfully, without the "one size fits all" approach
- Educating and advising through product demos, via phone and video-call
- Acting as main point of contact for large existing partners, creating informative interactions through webinars
- Helping clients implement solutions across their business smoothly and quickly
- Sales or Customer Onboarding experience within a SAAS business would be IDEAL
- Ability to break down technical information to non-technical people
- Great conversation skills, personable and positive attitude
- Strong technical mindset, and ability to spin many different plates or different shapes and sizes
