Customer Success Manager

My client is a rapidly expanding fintech start-up. The company simplifies payments by offering a value-added service for Australian businesses. They have drawn on decades of experience to create a business finance solution to help improve client's financial well-being by offering a seamless and flexible solution to their clients. 

To help drive the growth of the business my client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the corporate team in Sydney. 
What you will be doing:
  • Becoming an expert in the client's finance solutions
  • Talking to existing clients as well prospecting clients
  • Conducting face to face and / or zoom meetings per week to the purpose of onboarding and training
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the sales process with the clients and debtors from start to end
  • Upsell and cross sell financial products to clients
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Demonstrable success within previous sales or customer service role
  • Sales skills including upselling and cross selling as well as closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and targets
