Job Description
To help drive the growth of the business my client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the corporate team in Sydney.
What you will be doing:
- Becoming an expert in the client's finance solutions
- Talking to existing clients as well prospecting clients
- Conducting face to face and / or zoom meetings per week to the purpose of onboarding and training
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the sales process with the clients and debtors from start to end
- Upsell and cross sell financial products to clients
- Demonstrable success within previous sales or customer service role
- Sales skills including upselling and cross selling as well as closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and targets
