ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. You’ll be responsible for referring clients to Sales Representatives, handling disputes and updating the CRM system. This role will give you the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.  
  


DUTIES
  • First point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Maintain the CRM
  • Refer clients to Sales Representatives
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
  • Degree Qualified
