The Role
  • Liaise with insurance clients, homeowner customers, and a team of in-house assessors to assess properties after insurance events
  • Schedule appointments with customers using bespoke CRM
  • Ensure KPIs met around customer satisfaction, timeliness of repairs, quality of repairs, submission of reports and invoices
  The Candidate
  • Appointment scheduling experience highly preferable
  • High level organisational skills
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong relationship management
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
