Corporate Account Manager - Sydney

We are currently looking for a dynamic and high performing individual to join one of Australia’s leading sporting apparel brands. Our client is passionate about their innovative, fun & team-based culture, so you would be joining a forward thinking business

The Role:
  • Key position within the Group and is involved in all aspects of customer relations from buyer to planning personnel at retailers, achieving sales budgets, driving new product developments, end to end involvement in the design/development/delivery cycle, identifying new opportunities and maintaining profit margins
  • Assume full management of existing business based in your designated territory
  • Plan, direct, strategise and co-ordinate commercial activities as well as develop a concise sales strategy focusing on ambitious growth in a controlled and profitable manner to increase sales volume, price and revenue targets
About you:

  • Strong sales and leadership qualities
  • Strength with building new business including ideally the successful launch of new products
  • Negotiation skills
  • Preferred but not essential - demonstrated history of actively and successfully selling and marketing to high volume department stores and discount chains as well as building and nurturing brands
  • Demonstrated experience leading, or working within a team a, including setting appropriate goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and outstanding interpersonal skills including negotiation and liaison skills
  • Keen eye for innovation and ideas
