A rare opportunity is available to join their QLD team as a Contracts Administrator, supporting insurance & non-insurance commercial projects.
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Review & approve progress claims, invoicing and external variations
- Negotiation, finalise & award subcontracts
- Manage, track & report on project expenditure & financials
- Support a team of experienced Project Managers
- Liaise with Loss Adjusters, Insurers Representatives, Clients
- Experience in a similar Project or Contracts Administration role
- Excellent coordination, organisation & communication skills
- Residential or Commercial Construction experience considered
- Able to work in a team environment towards shared goals
