Contracts Administrator

Denovo recruitment are representing a large T2 commercial construction company that are known for delivering variety of projects within the education, commercial, residential, industrial and retail space. In addition, this company boasts a large focus on continual development and career growth internally.

With a very busy pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a range of education projects valued $15M+.

Key responsibilities
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administration of the project HSE system
To be Successful   
  • Degree in construction management or equivalent
  • Experience working on large scale education projects would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years working in a contracts administration role, overlooking fit-out and refurbishment projects 
  • Experience working on projects valued above $10M is required
  • Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
