Currently looking for a Construction Adminstrator for a role with a custom home builder in the Eastern Suburbs.
The construction administrator will be required to:
- Be point of contact for all clients
- Produce site files for supervisors
- Work with the Construction Supervisors to maintain project schedules
- Maintaining and updating project and client details
- Assisting Construction Supervisors to manage suppliers, deliveries, invoicing and
communications with clients
- Manage and resolve client issues as they arise and escalate as required to
- Coordinate Construction Supervisor and Client on-site meetings
- Ensuring all sub-contractors are kept up- to date with changes/alterations on site
Succesful Candidates will be presentable, punctual and have a can do attitude as the role requires constant interaction within the Construction team and with clients. Candidates who can identify and suggest possible improvements within the company's processes whilst being on the job are desired.
