Client Success Manager

The Role

Working in conjunction with other Client Success Managers, you will ensure that new clients are successfully onboarded and that new products are implemented successfully, with typical duties as follows:

  • Ensuring that new partners are onboarded to the platform successfully
  • Acting as main point of contact for large existing partners
  • Creating informative interactions through webinars, attending events, and email campaigns
  • Helping clients implement solutions across their business smoothly
  • Proactively assist clients that are at high risk of churn with their own clients

You

  • Ability to break down technical information to non-technical people
  • Great conversation skills, personable and positive attitude
  • Strong technical mindset, at ease with data
  • An interest in disruptive technology
