About the business:

The business is an experienced business coaching firm who works with business owners across multiple industries, mentoring and improving their companies' operations through personal coaching and business workshops.


About the role:

As a Client Development Executive Officer, you will be getting in touch with small business owners across Victoria to educate them and invite them to take place in complimentary seminars/ coaching sessions. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business services and value proposition
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs


The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience within an outbound or phone sales-based role
  • Hunters mentality, hungry to succeed and expand the company's commercial reach
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets and KPI's
  • Positive energy to bring to a vibrant working culture
