We are a leading company specialising in Domestic Insurance and restoration work in Kirrawee, NSW. Currently we are seeking a dedicated Bookings Coordinator for a permanent position to join our dynamic team in Sutherland Shire.


ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for;

  • Calling clients when a claim comes in
  • Using booking software to book in all site inspections
  • Effectively managing the diaries of our Supervisor Estimators


This role is a full-time office based position in Sutherland Shire.


Renumeration based on experience.



ABOUT YOU

  • Experience managing site inspections and/or working with insurance building claims highly advantageous
  • Diary planning and/or PA experience
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Computer savvy - able to work off 3 screens and use our diary/bookings management software
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive can-do attitude
