Channel Manager - House and Land Package
A fast-growing financial and property group is looking for an experienced Channel Manager based in Sydney CBD. By joining the team, you will enjoy great cultural diversity and strong flexibility.
The Channel Sales Manager needs to be bilingual, preferably speaking Mandarin. This role also requires the experience in building relationship with new sales agents.
You will be:
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with external sales agents and builders.
- Follow up with clients and agents in respect of property inquiries.
- To provide support to busy sales agents in the management of all listings.
- To ensure that all buyer experiences reflect the highest level of customer service.
- To ensure that all buyer opportunities are maximised via relationship building and follow up and private appointments.
- To ensure that all required sales campaign activity is completed prior to all relevant deadlines at the highest quality.
- Liaise with conveyancers and lawyers in respect of sales administration.
- Utilise and maintain internal CRM system Salesforce.
- Attend to customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
- Other duties as nominated by the company from time to time.
