ABOUT THE ROLE
As Case/Claims Manager, you will be responsible for all end to end claims administration and for running a small portfolio of jobs, working alongside 4 Building Supervisors.
We are a small team of 6 in the office, including the Supervisors and Directors, so the ideal person would be someone motivated, dynamic, and willing to help out wherever is needed.
Office location is St Peters, Sydney Inner West.
Salary $60-65k + super (experience dependant).
- End to end claims administration experience within insurance repair building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Motivated, dynamic and able to multitask and problem solve
- Strong attention to detail
