Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Promote / sell / secure new business
- Demonstrate product to potential customers
- Train new customers on benefits and processes
- Convert pipeline into customers
- Proven experience as a BDM included being able to demonstrate sales success
- Proven ability to meet monthly sales KPI’s
- A solid network within the recruitment industry (highly regarded) or alternatively a knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Ability to liaise with decision makers within small, medium and large businesses
- Drive to succeed
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to work with a start-up
- A product that adds value to customers
