ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating new business with clients across all industry segments. This will give you an opportunity to grow your networks and establish new relationships. You will be utilising the general waste and recycling services the business has to offer with the ability to up sell and cross sell from other departments. This role will be reporting directly into the Field Sales Manager
DUTIES
- Creating new relationships with clients across any/all industry sectors
- Explore new market segments
- Generate new business
- Cross sell / Up sell from other departments
- Achieve key performance indicators
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years experience within Facilities Services or Environmental Services
- Proven track record of achievement
- Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
