  • Providing customers with exceptional Customer Service
  • Developing sales plans and pursuing sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve volume and revenue;
  • Developing strong multilevel relationships with targeted customers and segment decision makers;
  • Understanding competitors in your territory and have a detailed knowledge of their capability, value propositions, and customers;
  • Effectively coordinating with employees and contractors, to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Actively engaging customers to understand what they need and want via a program of pro-active customer contact
  • Operating autonomously, taking full control of your own sales processes from first meeting right through to delivery of the products and services
  • Research upcoming developments within the industry to be the first to know about them
  • Develop and execute details plans of attack for generating new business
  • Work closely with other Sales professionals within the company to ensure sales are increased amongst existing clients from other divisions


  • Proven new business sales achievements
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry
  • Established networks and contacts with roofing contractors, builders and end users
  • A confident & polished professional with a strategic approach to business development
  • Well versed at putting together quotations and presentations based on clients specific requirements
  • Candidates from the roofing, insulated panels, windows or cladding industry would be advantageous. What's more important is the ability to sell and gel within a small team
