Business Development Manager - Residential Builders

Company

Our client has a strong presence in the construction market nationally as a well respected and highly reputable national company, who are currently expanding their presence across Australia. Working from their Northern Suburbs office, the main focus of this position is to drive sales within the residential builders market.

Duties
  • Secure an existing pipeline of work
  • Identify new opportunities within the residential & commercial builder markets, as well as account managing exclusive clients in the reseller market
  • Be a product specialist, championing new products of our client
  • quoting clients with a range of products and other requirements
Candidate:
  • An external sales background
  • Previous experience selling a building, engineering or industrial related products to builders, architects, designers or end-users
  • Strong organisational, planning and negotiating skills
  • A polished presenter – articulate and well presented
  • Have previously sold any products to the residential builder market
This position will undoubtedly suit sales candidates that are polished, tenacious and enjoy a youthful working environment.

Provide us with the above skills and the benefits will include:
  • $70,000 - 85,000 Base (negotiable dependent on experience) + Super
  • Tools of the trade including a mobile phone, laptop and fully maintained company vehicle
  • Performance-related bonus (under review)
