Business Development Manager - Pumps


Pitching for new business and presenting to key stakeholders in the construction, Civil and mining industries.  This professional sales role will have a key focus on business development, account management. Ongoing support and training will be provided to ensure your success within this role. 
Duties include:
  • Secure an existing pipeline of work
  • Identify new opportunities within the Market
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Build and develop new business
  • Customer follow up for all requirements
  • Full understanding of the channel and primary demand network and the ability to use the product value proposition to leverage and influence both.
  • Building customer relationships through strong customer service and a can-do attitude with a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • At least 2 years experience within the hire industry
  • Previous experience with pump hire/ sales 
  • A B2B sales focus 
  • Strong organisational, planning and negotiating skills
  • A polished presenter – articulate and well presented
