This growing established advisory business are looking to add a BDM to their team as they continue to experience massive growth across Business Advisory, SMSF strategies, Mortgage Finance/Insurance, Accounting and Tax compliance, and Virtual CFO. Working closely with the partner, this role is responsible for new business development for the group, with the ability to build strong connections within your clients while achieving your targets.
What will you do?
Having really strong commercial relationships and business development skills, the primary responsibilities will be achieving new business development as well as maintaining strong connections within current clients.
Your ability to understand the client's business is imperative for you to be able to add value and help advise them on what they need.
What do you need?
You must have exceptional communication skills which will allow you to connect with the High Net Worth Individuals and SME's they as a business target.
Experience in sourcing new business in the Business Advisory space / Banking Sector (for SME's only) is essential.
They are looking for a proactive individual who is driven to achieve sales targets and results. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in new business development. A proven track record in negotiation, and presenting is essential for anyone to be successful in this role. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities in new business to cross sell solutions
