Job Description
Day to day duties –
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts
- Performance analysis
- Ensure that all financial records are accurate and timely for end of year accounts preparation
- Input data as required including management of creditor and debtor invoicing, receipts and payments into relevant accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare BAS for clients as required
- Ensure that all financial records are accurate and timely for end of year accounts preparation
- Preparing annual financial statements
- Monitor the compliance requirements
- Assist Accountants with the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, BAS’s, IAS’s and FBT returns
About You –
- Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper within a CA firm or a Bookkeeping firm
- Strong team player with the ability to work to deadlines
- Experience working with HandiSoft, QuickBooks, or XERO
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to build excellent working relationships
- Proven track record of exceeding business targets
- Excellent communication skills but written and verbal
