ArchiCAD Draftsperson
My client is a respected major housebuilder in Victoria. They build attractive houses, at various price points throughout the state. They are looking for a skilled ArchiCAD Production Draftsperson with local experience working for a housebuilder, to join their busy and successful team in Geelong.The successful candidate will report to the Drafting Manager, and will undertake production drafting duties. You will also be responsible for checking and amending the work of other draftspeople.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing working drawings
- Checking and correcting the work of other draftspeople
- Ordering and checking engineering documentation
- Making changes to standard drawings.
- Draw and document product masters, sales plans, options and details.
- Proficient in the use of ArchiCAD.
- A desire to work within a close-knit and productive team.
- Effective communications skills.
- Previous experience working for a volume builder.
- Knowledge and experience with Building Construction, Standards, Rescode and Regulations.
- Proven drafting skills and experience.
