An entrepreneurial business, our client is an up and coming advisory firm with an exceptional business culture and thriving team spirit. Due to growth and the demand from the team, they are looking for an experienced EA/Administration Manager to help them achieve their goals.
You will have full responsibility for all administration activities within the business, as well as providing executive support to the leadership team. You will be pivotal in the organisation of the business and improving processes that will help the business to run as smoothly as possible. Every day will be varied and will see you working on lots of important tasks.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Office Manager/Administration Manager with experience of working as an executive assistant. You will be a passionate character who thrives on improving processes and driving efficiencies. Ideally, you will have worked in the financial industry in a small to medium-sized business. Experience of working within a financial planning business will be ideal.
