What you will be doing:
To help drive the growth of the business a position is available for a Administration Assistant within the Sydney based team to support the Customer Success team. Reporting directly to our Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing day to day administration support to the Customer Service team
- Processing financial documentation
- Customisation of client documentation
- Digital filing of documentation
- Web link creation
- CRM Data Management
- Preparing and presenting reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, customers and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
- Understand and communicate the relationship between process and systems
