My client is a rapidly expanding global fin-tech business based in the bustling Surry Hills.
  
What you will be doing:
  
To help drive the growth of the business a position is available for a Administration Assistant within the Sydney based team to support the Customer Success team. Reporting directly to our Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Providing day to day administration support to the Customer Service team
  • Processing financial documentation
  • Customisation of client documentation
  • Digital filing of documentation
  • Web link creation
  • CRM Data Management
  • Preparing and presenting reports
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, customers and stakeholders
  • Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
  • Understand and communicate the relationship between process and systems
  • Self-motivated and driven
