This national Event Services business are experts in creating powerful and engaging exhibition stands for high-profile brands, whilst operating a true "employees first" attitude. Looking to grow both their Sydney and Melbourne teams, they are fortunate in being able to turn away new business and cherry-pick only the best professionals in the industry to join their unique team.

The Role

Under the wing of the Managing Director, you will be handed a portfolio of well-established agency and corporate accounts, which you will nurture and grow within a highly-refined process. A typical day will involve:
  • Taking briefs from corporate clients, retailers, fit out and event production agencies for the creation of innovative custom stands, exhibitions, retail and brand activations
  • Project Management to move creative concepts through to a finished product
  • Up-selling and cross-selling to maximise revenue and produce a completely tailor-made offering
  • Preparing quotes and consulting at all stages of the process
  • Close collaboration with Designers 
  • Eventually building a team, taking on a larger portfolio, or earning commission from bringing in new business
The Ideal Person
  • Exhibitions experience is a must
  • Strong project management skills
  • A strong sense of adventure!!
  • Experience converting a creative brief to a manufactured product
