What Will You Do?
The Inside Sales Account Manager (IAM) is a phone based sales representative responsible for selling the company’s products or services to both existing customers and new prospects within a defined geographic territory.
- Win the hearts and minds of advisors (accountants + bookkeepers) by establishing relationships and building rapport
- Manage a territory of existing customers, and partner closely with them to continue to grow the share of the Sofware within their firm
- Plan how to meet and exceed your targets through consistent activity and effective pipeline management
- Be consistent with the daily management of your territory
- Educate clients and prospects on the value of the software through explanation, demonstration, and collaboration
- A desire to work in an organisation that wants the best for customers
- Some experience meeting or exceeding sales targets with the phone as your primary means of communication. Ideally in the software or financial services industries with a focus on account management or retention
- We’d also love to hear from finance or accounting professionals with a passion for sales
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills, plus self-motivation, tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present to external partners
