What you will be doing:
To help drive the growth we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager for our corporate team in Sydney. Reporting directly to our Client Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Leading detailed financial conversations with business owners to drive commercial outcomes
- Understanding a business owner’s needs & requirements, whilst delivering outstanding levels of customer service
- Engaging with partners (both internal & external) to build value and provide outstanding outcomes for the business and our customers
- Balancing a full portfolio of accounts within a diverse portfolio
- Overachieving on key activity and performance metrics
- Demonstrated success within previous sales and/ or account management roles
- Phone-based sales experience (Ideally B2C or B2B, with small-medium business' as a preference)
- Be adaptable with your communication and have high attention to detail
- Experience navigating high-value products with customers
- Internal partner management experience
