An opportunity has arisen to join the team behind the most successful and widely-used Software platform within the industry - providing Saas solutions globally to both SME and enterprise clients.
As an Account Manager you'll be part of a fun, high-energy bunch that throw as much passion into their work as they throw into bubble soccer, team drinks, and heaps of other social events. With a national focus, you will enjoy occasional interstate travel and have the chance to network and mingle at all the best industry functions and conferences. A typical day will involve:
- Build and maintain relationships
- Be the primary contact for renewing existing partnerships and negotiating when necessary
- Consult, advise, and upsell new products and updates
- Assist with onboarding new clients, and provide face-to-face training to larger teams when required
- Listen to feedback and help to resolve any problems
- Experience in an Account Manager or Sales position
- Experience within Software, Saas or IT would be a huge bonus!
- Strong track record of managing multiple accounts successfully
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
