The Role

Working within the client management team, as an Account Manager you will be at the cornerstone of long-term customer relationships, with a mix of the following:

  • Helping your portfolio of customers implement, optimise and get the most out of the products and services throughout their journey with the business
  • Consulting and upselling new and additional products to existing customers according to what makes them tick
  • Develop strong and fruitful relationships with key contacts across the industry
  • Collaborating with other departments and creating a seamless customer journey
  • Maintaining an awareness of products and services across the industry

You

  • Demonstrated success in a B2B Account Management role
  • Experience meeting sales targets within a subscription-based or SaaS solution (A BONUS)
  • Consultative approach, able to build strong rapport and be emotionally intelligent
  • An interest in disruptive technology
